Of course being lactose intolerant would put a damper on this program, but there may be some parts of the study that, if followed, could help when it comes to losing abdominal fat for women.

Quickly Losing Abdominal Body Fat Dangerous?
One certified personal trainer related this story to us: I am from the school of thought that a typical non-obese person cannot healthily lose more than two pounds of body fat per week. Therefore, it is my opinion that quickly losing body fat is dangerous. Keeping your body in shape is not a fad, and there honestly isn’t an “easy button” to getting in shape and staying healthy. It really requires a lifestyle change, positive thinking that you are going to be in the body type that you want, dedication to a dietitians prescribed diet, and hours of sweat and hard work. Sure, you can go get a bit of Liposuction done, or in more extreme cases a gastric bypass or other surgeries, but you are putting your body under a lot of stress, and being cut open to have a band put around your stomach, or having a huge needle sloshed around in your abdominal area obviously carries more death risk than selecting the correct combination of fruits, roots, and protein. While working at a new gym, I met a gentleman who used to take all of the hyped-up products that are advertised on TV, and practically starved himself to lose weight. He did lose the weight (mainly because he was hardly eating anything) but he had a large flap of skin that had to be removed from his stomach area because of quickly losing abdominal fat. Yes, he lost too much weight from his abdominal area too quickly.
